Delivery of Goods
Exeter Nutritional Clinic will deliver the goods to the address supplied
during ordering and checkout. Goods are dispatched within three working
days, of clearance of payment. Goods to U K destinations are sent via
first class post and airmail to other destinations.
Cancellations made by Exeter Nutritional Clinic
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if we have insufficient
stock to deliver your order or envisage a significant delay in restocking
the ordered goods. In such circumstances, we will re credit your credit/debit
account by the contract/order value within 30 days from the date of your
original order.
Returns
No returns are acceptable after 14 days of receipt of the goods. If you
receive goods in a defective or conditions, or goods dispatched in error,
such goods including incorrect quantities or incorrect products, you must
advise us within 10 working days. Exeter Nutritional Clinic will replace
any returned goods and accept all costs and packing costs of the faulty
goods and subsequent issue of the correct goods.
Disclaimer and Limited Liability
Exeter Nutritional Clinic cannot be held responsible for the misuse of
its products or the results of any tests used whether accurate or inaccurate
or related or consequential loss, damage or expenses, whether to persons
or goods, howsoever.
Home tests and laboratory tests cannot be considered as 100 percent accurate
and are not a replacement or substitute for a medical practitioner. All
results should there for be discussed by your healthcare provider. If
you are worried by your symptoms, you should seek advise from a suitable
health professional and not rely on this product alone.
In any circumstances, Exeter Nutritional Clinic shall have no liability
to offer compensation other than to refund the amount you paid for the
ordered goods.
Privacy
Exeter Nutritional clinic respects the absolute confidentiality of all
its clients. Names and addresses are used sorely for the purposes of product
delivery. Such details are not retained or shared with other organizations
for any other purpose.
Deliveries will be via unmarked packaging, giving no
indication of Exeter Nutritional Clinic as a sender.
Agreement
These terms and conditions, together with our current website prices,
delivery details and contact details represent our agreement with you
for the supply of goods.
Governing Law
The contract between us shall be governed by English law and the English
courts shall have jurisdiction in disputes.
